Gear VR R324 is an innovative Virtual Reality headset which can be easily head-mounted just like its predecessor. The device has a goggle-like front with soft foam padding along the edges to snugly fit your head comfortably. It works seamlessly with Galaxy smartphones including the latest Galaxy S8. To enjoy multimedia content or play games, all you need to do is connect a compatible mobile device to the Gear VR and launch the downloaded apps on the mobile device. The device reacts to the movement of your head which makes you feel like you are part of the sequence being played.
A dedicated controller for the new Gear VR now replaces the touch-sensitive control panel provided in the predecessor model. This new handheld unit boasts a touch-pad and button input, a Rocker type key and a Trigger. It allows a number of interactive functions including point, drag and drop, tilt and shoot. Similarly, the trigger allows launching VR sequences which takes virtual reality gaming experience to whole new level. So far as physical construction is concerned, the new Gear VR is made of soft and lightweight materials so that you can wear it comfortably even for longer duration while enjoying your favorite movies, games, TV shoes and music videos.
Samsung Gear VR R324 sports a new 42mm built-in lens which provides a wide 101-degree field of view. The lens optics include an advanced distortion correction system which is especially designed to eliminate motion sickness. Furthermore, the headset comes with a microUSB as well as the latest Type C USB connector so you can easily switch in your latest Galaxy S8 or your older VR Gear compatible Galaxy series smartphones as well.

CONDITION - Unless stated in the product title, all devices are brand new. We do sell a small quantity of refurbished items but these all have a product title that begins with 'Refurbished'. Package seals may have been opened to check quality or perform basic testing or unlock functions however unless specified otherwise all devices are new and unused.
WARRANTY - All devices come with our comprehensive 12 month warranty, which is included in the standard purchase price. We'll even replace with a new item if yours can't be repaired.
