Overall it was pretty good. The phone did arrive without an adapter that I could use in New Zealand but when I contacted this was provided quite quickly. In my circumstances, Toll couriers in New Zealand delivered the phone and they gave me a run around . Again the live chat sorted my issue and was very helpful.

Very good phone, still getting used to it.
If I had any issues, it would be that the supplied screen protector starts to lift off around the edges when the phone gets warm from sitting in your pocket for a while or sitting in direct sunlight for a short period of time.
But overall a good phone, with a good loud ring when called
